I know, logically, that  every government makes ridiculous mistakes, and frequently.  But dangnabbit, I was so optimistic about this one...  I mean, you get a lot of nice stories about how the First Lady and the Queen were really getting along, and overall I spent most of today feeling like maybe America wasn't too hated by the rest of the world, even if the President did give the Queen an iPod, it was a tasteful, meaningful, thoughtful iPod and also he gave her a valuable signed music score.

But then I click on Yahoo news, and discover that a number set up for the press to call the gov't... Didn't call the government.  It called an... adult... hotline.

Yeah.
